Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl, and mix well, making sure there are no lumps in the parmesan.
Using a small spoon, scoop about ½ - 1 teaspoon of the parmesan mixture and place it in a small pile on the parchment. Use the back of the spoon to press into the parmesan to form a flat oval. Repeat with the rest of the parmesan.
