Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, GCash, GrabPay, and select bank transfers.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for Metro Manila orders. For full details, see our Shipping Information.

Do you accept payment installments?

In our stores – Yes, we accept installments via BDO and Security Bank credit cards. We offer 0% interest on 3-month installment plans for orders above ₱5,000.

On our website – We work with Billease to offer 0% interest on 4-payment installment terms.

Shipping & Pick Up

How long does delivery take?

Metro Manila deliveries take 2–4 business days. Provincial deliveries take 5–7 business days. See Shipping Information for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and rates vary by country. See Shipping Information.

Can I pick up my order from a store?

Yes, Store Pick Up is available at select branches. Choose “Pick Up” at checkout. Locations: see Store Locator.

Why is an item only available for pick up and not shipping?

Some products are only available for store pick up because their stock is located in our physical retail branches. We ship orders only from our head office. If you’d like an item transferred to a different branch or made available for shipping, please contact our support team and we can help arrange a transfer.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt if items are unused and in original condition, provided there is a valid concern such as a manufacturing defect. Change of mind is not accepted as a valid reason for return.

Do you offer Gift Receipts?

Yes, Gift Receipts are available in our stores. Gift receipts allow the receiver to exchange the product if it does not fit, provided the item is unused and complete with packaging. Exchanges using Gift Receipts can only be made in our physical stores.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Please visit our Returns & Warranty page and follow the instructions to submit a claim.

How do I know if a product has warranty coverage?
