Shipping & Pick Up

At Urban Traveller & Co., we want your games to reach you quickly and securely. Here’s how our shipping and pick-up options work:

Shipping

All shipping orders are dispatched from our Head Office at Richer Point Building, 131 O. Arellano St., Manila (San Juan / Greenhills area).

Note: Only items available at our Head Office can be shipped. If your order includes items from a store branch, shipping will not be available. Please select Pick-up instead.

Store Pick-up

You can also order online and pick up from any Gaming Library store in the Philippines. Our store location page is constantly being updated here.

Pick-up lead times:

• If your chosen store already has the item in stock: 1–2 business days

• If stock needs to be transferred from HQ: transfers happen every Thursday, so expect about 5 business days

You’ll receive an email or SMS notification once your order is ready for collection.

Centralized Orders

We always try to consolidate your order so you only need to pick up or receive one package. No multiple shipments, no hassle.
