Warranty

Each Brand has its own warranty coverage terms, as such we have taken the initiative to include the details on the product page. If there are none indicated, the default is 1 year warranty.

Limitations of Warranty

Each item is carefully inspected for quality control and the warranty covers factory/artisan defects only. Please make sure to thoroughly inspect the item upon receiving it.

UTC offers a limited one-year warranty that guarantees all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

We will replace any products found to be defective within the range of common and everyday use. Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents and/or wear and tear. Our only responsibility shall be limited to the refund or replacement of the defective product.

The limited one-year warranty only applies to products that have been purchased from our website only and any authorized retailers. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Warranty is automatically voided if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product.

Returns and Replacement

Returns due to factory defects will be accepted within 3 working days of receiving the item/s. 

Immediately email us at customerservice@urbantravellerco.com with the following details:

• Subject Line: Return - Order ID
• Name
• Address
• Picture/Proof of defect
• Description of Defect

Upon confirmation and approval of return, please ship us back the item or you can drop it in any of our brick and mortar stores.

Item can only be replaced with the same item. No color exchanges are allowed unless there are no available units on hand.
