7-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt if items are unused and in their original condition, provided there is a valid concern such as a manufacturing defect. Change of mind is not accepted as a valid reason for return.

Gift Receipts

We offer Gift Receipts in our stores. Gift receipts allow the receiver to exchange the product if it does not fit, provided the item is unused and complete with packaging.

Exchanges with Gift Receipts can only be made in our physical stores.

Warranty Coverage & Process

In the unlikely event that a purchased item manifests a manufacturing defect within the prescribed warranty period, you are entitled to a free repair, return or replacement of the defective part/s or the full unit.

If replacement part/s or component/s are needed to complete a repair, you expressly agree to wait until the said part/s or component/s have been delivered and repair is completed.

Repair service may take up to a maximum of 15 working days, depending on spare part availability and the extent of the damage. Customers will be notified through email once repair has been completed.

ThinkLibrary Inc. stores are the designated drop-off and pick-up points; shipping of items can be arranged at the customer’s expense.

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, unreasonable use or neglect, or change of mind.

Under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394), a change of mind is not a ground for product warranties or returns guarantee, and does not entitle you to a refund or exchange.
