How to Personalise:

1. Personalisation is exclusive to Secrid, Keysmart Alltul Wolf, or Keysmart Extended purchased at Urban Traveller & Co.

3. After fourteen (14) working days, your item will be ready for pick up or delivery.

Guidelines: 

1. Item/s or specific area for personalisation MUST BE METAL.

2. Please be very specific with the size and design that you want. Read the customisation form very carefully. Ask us questions, our team is more than willing to assist you.

3. For photo engraving, we recommend these file types: Ai, HPGL, DXF, Jcz Point Cloud, svg, G code, Gerber Bot, or Tajima Dst

4. Transfer from store to workshop and vice versa is fourteen (14) working days.

5. For delivery, standard shipping time (within Metro Manila: 2-3 days; outside Metro Manila: 4-10 days) and rate of Php 90.00 applies. 

Pricing:

1. Set up fee starts at Php 500.00.

2. Additional cost will depend on the size, file type, image conversion (e.g. JPEG to vector), and specifications of the design.

3. As a guide, the first square inch is included in the set up fee (Php 500.00). There will be a Php 50.00 charge for every additional square inch.
