Branch Managers/Store Clerk 

Summary/Objective 
The retail sales clerk is responsible for obtaining or receiving merchandise, totaling bills, accepting payments and making change for customers in retail store.  

Essential Functions

  • Stock shelves, counters or tables with merchandise. 
  • Set up advertising displays or arrange merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales. 
  • Stamp, mark or tag prices on merchandise.
  • Obtain merchandise requested by customer or receive merchandise selected by customer.
  • Answer customer questions concerning location, price and use of merchandise.
  • Total price and tax on merchandise purchased by customer to determine bill.
  • Accept payment and make change. Wrap or bag merchandise for customers.
  • Remove and record amount of cash in register at end of shift.
  • Calculate sales discount to determine price.
  • Keep record of sales, prepare inventory of stock and order merchandise.
  • Keep the showroom clean and orderly.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary by schedule. Evening and weekend work may be required as schedule demands.

Office Secretary 

Tasks

  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for office personnel.
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
  • Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
  • Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
  • Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
  • Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
  • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
  • Collect and disburse funds from cash accounts, and keep records of collections and disbursements.
  • Coordinate conferences and meetings.
  • Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
  • Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with other organizations.
  • Order and dispense supplies.
  • Provide services to customers, such as order placement and account information.
  • Supervise other clerical staff, and provide training and orientation to new staff.

E-Commmerce Website Manager

Detailed responsibilities would include:

Website

  • Update product information and content on the website
  • Update and manage SKUs / Items
  • Manage website configuration & parameters (eg payment options, stock management)
  • Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising
  • Scope and document ongoing website functional projects /improvements
  • Test and deploy functional projects /improvements
  • Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve website sales conversions & customer engagement

Competencies

  3. Experience with Shopify a bonus but not required
  4. Loves Board Games
  5. Experience with SEO or website management a big plus

Work Environment
Head Office in San Juan/Greenhills

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work is Monday - Saturday 9-6PM.

Graphic Artist

Detailed responsibilities would include:

Website

  • Create Graphic Content (Image and Video) for Marketing Purposes (both online and offline)
  • Coordinate with Website Manager and Marketing VP for website improvement in terms of design

Competencies

  1. Initiative
  2. Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop 
  3. Experience with Shopify a bonus but not required
  4. Experience with SEO or website management a big plus
